Our Story (So Far)

Haunted by a Persistent Question: Why is this (still) so hard?

Remember?

Remember when "the internet" meant FTP-ing files?  Email was a nerdy new thing, and sending resumes by "snail" mail was fast becoming so very de classe? Remember when a posted job ad would draw 8 responses?

Then came Mosaic, and the WWW took the internet out of the hands of the nerds. Everyone could just 'attach' a resume - blast it to a list even. HR was buried. Something had to be done.

Then came Applicant Tracking Systems - and the need to game the keywords (in 3 pt. white font) at the margins of the resume, to ensure searches of corporate databases would find them.

We were founded by hiring managers who lived through that. We heard every "embellishment" we could imagine (and a few we would not have). It was seriously frustrating, and a huge waste of time.  There had to be a better way, with all this tech, than just using the internet to transmit more of the same self-reported none-sense, faster.

Blogging and linking won't do it. They help, marginally, but "social media" is not the same as "data."

We're building the next generation - in a generation - of labor market clearing integrated applications. We can substantially reduce our clients' cost per time to hire and substantially improve their hire fit, by dramatically improving their down-select process.

And we are helping the best qualified for every knowledge job present fully credible claims on their skills, background, and education / training.

It's the best business to be in. We help the right people find the best jobs for the right people.  No calls to supervisors past, no faxes from registrars, no email attachments with images of certificates, no need to search to the third level  of social media hell to find a recommendation. We ensure the CV you see is Bona Fide. For real. No kidding.
